Our maximum height for entry is 145 cm.

We have an online booking facility and we strongly recommend that you book your session before traveling to ensure you secure a space at our centre. We will always advise to book even during term time.

If we have space in the centre, we will of course book you in at our reception. We will ask you to read the rules of play before entry, to make access much quicker and to ensure your play slot we will recommend a pre booking.

If we are at capacity unfortunately without a booking we will not be able to provide you with a play session, we will however do your best to find the next available session that you can book into online.

No, unfortunately not. With the exception of baby food, we do not permit outside food or drink to be brought in. We have a café onsite where you can purchase items.

We find our session time of 2 hours is normally enough, however should you wish to stay you will have to book an additional session, this will only be an option if we are not at capacity.

Of course, we love seeing adults spend time with their children, however we do not allow adults in our ball pits or to use equipment such as our slides, spinning pads or zip line. This is to ensure the safety of all children playing and to protect our equipment. If an adults repeatedly uses our equipment in contradiction to our rules of play we will ask that you leave the playframe.

We do not hold any nuts in our building at all and we do not allow outside food to be brought in, however that being said we cannot guarantee that a customer has a nut product in their bag. We promise though that if this is brought to our attention or we see any nut product they will be removed and disposed off in an outside bin

Don’t worry too much, we understand life happens and getting out the door with kids doesn’t always run to plan so we allow 15 mins either side of your booking we will will just adjust the arrival time so you don’t lose any play time. However, if you are going to be later than 15 mins please try to get in touch with us as if we are running at capacity we may have to rebook your slot.

Unfortunately, not, being an adult supervision centre if a child is young enough to require assistance, we require an adult to take that role. We must adhere to our age ranges in the frames to ensure that every child has a safe space to play. Unfortunately, due to insurance and safety and risk requirements teenagers are not permitted to take on the role of adult and enter the playframes to look after a sibling or younger child.

Sorry no, this can be quite dangerous for both your child and others in the play area. We do not allow adults on our slides at any times.
